Bhagat Singh's Birthplace
Bhagat Singh was born here on 28 September 1907. He became one of the most celebrated figures of the independence movement against British colonial rule, and was executed by the British in 1931 at the age of 23.
His birthplace is now a gazetted national heritage site, drawing visitors from across India and Pakistan.
